I have always liked the place I live, a house in a neighborhood of Flint Michigan. Lately, I like it even better. Some very good things have been happening here lately, among them this. A vacant house that had been abandoned and falling to pieces for years was recently demolished. It looks like a neighbor plans to plant a garden in its place.
