Better be a Fast Learner!
This is a fun commission that I did for AJ earlier this year. The young warrior is getting instructions from a war hardened veteran. I love to draw quirky looking characters once in a while and I think that the 'trainer' came out nicely (well, as nice as this individual can be).

I really like this drawing. It almost feels like one of your 90's pieces for some reason to me. The heroine looks very greek...and brave...
Thanks, Firestar. It has a kind of comics feel to me, which would make it fit my older style ( I started my art career by doing comics). it's interesting that you say that, as I am getting back to doing some comics work (as can be seen in the posting of September 2, above).
