FC Commissions

Hi! I am busy today; last weekend I attended Further Confusion in San Jose and next weekend I will be at Ohayocon. I'm grabbing a little time between shows to post a couple of commissions I completed at FC. I was commissioned to do a good number of pieces this year and I was quite happy with how they came out. Here are two that I am especially happy with. Thank you Mike and Coreen (who commissioned the dragon and coyote image) and Kalemendrax (who commissioned the maned dragon). To you and all the folks who helped make FC a great show for me, I am deeply grateful.

Dragon Warrior

Good morning. It's cold and sunny in Michigan this morning. I hear that a number of other regions in the US are enjoying Michigan-style weather this year. Welcome to our world. ^^

Today's art is a commission I accepted at MWFF; Draggor saw a print of a piece I had done earlier in the year and wanted a black and white drawing of the same character. I was happy to oblige. Since he was obviously a warrior in the original image, I thought that a combat pose was the best option. Enjoy!

First post of 2010

Good morning, folks. It's a new year, I have fresh coffee and all is right with the world. Please have a look at this piece I drew for David H. last fall. I love the pose, expression and hair, and I'm considering coloring this one digitally. All the little details came out nicely.
