Dragon Smile

Here is a piece that I did for an upcoming Dragon Storm Card, Fire Breath 3. I was pleased with the color and design of this piece and amused by the expression of the dragon, who seems to be enjoying itself.

Waarhorse and Lord Griffon

Good evening, everyone. I attended Further Confusion in San Jose last weekend and I had a great show. It was cool to chat with the folks who stopped by my table. I offer special thanks to all the patrons who came to see me. Some of the works they commissioned will appear on this blog in coming months.

To start with, I would like to,present this gray tone commission I did for Waarhorse and Lord Griffon. They graciously allowed me to mention their true names: STC Henry Bestwick and LTC Norman Fabian. Thank you, gentlemen, both for this commission and for your service to the country.

I painted this on a Magic Card

Here is a piece that I did for Andrea P. Last year. It was done as a one of a kind commission. I altered a copy of Hymn to Tourach by paining a portrait of her cat in place of the wolf in the original illustration. I was delighted with now this turned out. The card and the paining blended together beautifully. Thanks again, Andrea, for this delightful commission.
